November 2009 -- Daniel H. Coultoff recently achieved a successful resolution of a lawsuit challenging the Property Appraiser’s denial of agricultural classification, resulting in an over $500,000 tax refund. June 2007 -- Dorothy Green gave a presentation on "Employment Law and Insurance Coverage" as part of the seminar, "Survey of Insurance Issues that Every Lawyer Should Know." The Insurance Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association presented the seminar on June 21.

("UCPM") petitions challenging the Orange County
Property Appraiser's denial of agricultural classification
and its valuation of parcels. These decisions result in granting
of agricultural classification and a reduction in valuation
of UCPM's lands.

judgment after trial in William Donegan, Orange County Property

County, Florida Case No. 03-CA-1297. The judgment reverses
the Orange County Property Appraiser's denial of agricultural
classification to Universal City Property Management's tax

Orlando's new Mayor, Buddy Dyer, spoke at the luncheon and
swearing-in of the new officers for the 2003-2004 year. Lori
worked with Buddy as a paralegal 15 years ago, before she attended
law school.
