Coultoff recently achieved an appellate per curiam affirmance from the Fifth District Court of Appeal upholding favorable judgment after trial in William Donegan, Orange County Property Appraiser v. The judgment reverses the Orange County Property Appraiser's denial of agricultural classification to Universal City Property Management's tax parcels.
