May 2017 – Daniel A. Velasquez chosen to participate in NCBJ Next Generation Program

Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, LLP is pleased to announce that associate attorney Daniel A. Velasquez has accepted an invitation to participate in the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges (NCBJ) Next Generation Program during the NCBJ’s Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada this October. The NCBJ NextGen program was created to identify up-and-coming bankruptcy attorneys who demonstrate the potential to become highly respected members of the bankruptcy bar. The NextGen program is designed to host 40 bankruptcy attorneys from across the country with five to 10 years of experience, and is part of the country’s largest bankruptcy conference with over 200 judges and 1,500 restructuring attorneys in attendance each year. As a NextGen participant, Mr. Velasquez will engage in a two hour round table discussion with over 20 bankruptcy judges on a variety of topics including oral advocacy, written advocacy, and best practices.
