THOMAS S. CARGILL – COMMERCIAL/GENERAL LITIGATION Thomas S. Cargill practices in the litigation department, handling commercial litigation and general civil litigation matters. In addition, Tom represents athletes, coaches, and other sports personnel in contract negotiations, sponsorship agreements, and other employment matters. Prior to joining Latham, Shuker, Eden & Beaudine, LLP, he practiced civil litigation at Wicker, Smith, O’Hara, McCoy & Ford, P.A in Orlando. After law school and before returning to Central Florida, Tom practiced high asset domestic litigation at Warner, Mayoue, Bates & McGough in Atlanta, Georgia.
