HEWETT G. WOODWARD - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PARTNER Hew Woodward joined the firm in July 2006 and practices in the commercial litigation department. He is a results-oriented lawyer whose practice includes a broad range of litigation experience, including trials and appeals of insurance claims and commercial disputes such as partner and shareholder rights, employment discrimination, intellectual property rights, and non-compete agreements. Prior to relocating to Orlando from New York City, Hew specialized in litigating product liability, negligence, contract and statutory liability claims on behalf of subrogated property insurers, as well as construction defect and first-party insurance coverage claims on behalf of large property owners. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University, Hew earned a law degree from Fordham School of Law in 2000, where he was a member of the Moot Court Trial Advocacy Team and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team.
