COLT H. LITTLE - ASSOCIATE
Mr. Little practices in the areas of public finance and local government law, focusing primarily on special-district law and the representation of numerous Florida community development districts. He also has experience in complex real estate and development matters, as well as affordable housing transactions.
Mr. Little graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to practice law in Florida that same year. In 2001 he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of Florida, graduating with honors. Mr. Little was born and raised in the Orlando area and comes from a large central-Florida cattle ranching family, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges facing the Florida agriculture industry.
