CHRISTOPHER R. THOMPSON - BANKRUPTCY ASSOCIATE CHRISTOPHER R. THOMPSON is an associate in the Firm's bankruptcy department. His practice is focused on representing business debtors and creditors in all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, state court assignment for the benefit of creditors proceedings, and loan workouts. Before joining the Firm, Chris was the Law Clerk to the Honorable Karen S. Jennemann, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Middle District of Florida. He moved to Orlando from Chicago, where he worked as an associate attorney in the Corporate department of McDermott Will & Emery LLP. While at McDermott, Chris represented creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and participated in numerous asset and stock purchase deals.
