News Highlight
January 8, 2013, partners Daniel Coultoff and Jennifer Eden obtained an Order of Dismissal with Prejudice of a consumer class action filed in the Northern District of Alabama claiming that Florida Natural Growers orange juice did not comply with FDA regulations. John Albert Veal, Jr. v. Citrus World, Inc., Case No. 2:12-cv-00801-IPK. Dan and Jennifer were the first to obtain dismissal of the claims against their client amongst the number of consumer class action lawsuits pending against orange juice producers nationwide.
